Abstract
Purpose: This study was designed to investigate the changes in lung function and exercise capacity after the application of aerobic training and strength training to a patient with post-COVID condition.

Methods: Aerobic training and weight training were performed for 4 weeks. The results of the lung function test and 6-min walking test before and after training were compared.

Results: The results of this study showed that forced vital capacity increased from 4.21 L (predicted 79.2%) to 4.98 L (predicted 94.1%), and the 6-min walking distance increased from 542 m (predicted 76.7%) to 718 m (predicted 101.2%).
Conclusion: Lung function and exercise capacity were increased after the application of aerobic training and strength training.
